Mi Compass is a straightforward compass application that provides not only directional guidance but also your current location.

GPS:

The GPS functionality of the device includes altitude measurement, which has been corrected for the Earth's Geoid. It is important to note that the accuracy of both location and altitude readings is contingent upon the GPS hardware of your device. Accuracy tends to improve when in open areas, free from obstructions such as buildings or tall trees, which can impede satellite signals. The top of the screen displays GPS accuracy in meters.

ORIENTATION:

Mi Compass utilizes orientation data provided by the device's hardware, functioning effectively only if equipped with an accelerometer and magnetometer. To ensure precise readings, users must calibrate their devices properly.

CALIBRATION:

Calibration involves keeping the device away from magnetic or metallic materials and moving it in a circular motion around each axis. The application includes a convenient calibration activity accessible from the menu.
